Singapore is now no. 161, having fallen 12 spots in the most recent FIFA World Ranking, no thanks to its recent loss to Hong Kong and a 2-2 draw with Macau (top photo; FAS).
Within Southeast Asia we're now behind Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar and Vietnam, but are ahead of Hong Kong and Thailand.
Singapore will be facing Thailand on Nov. 23, Myanmar on Nov. 26 and Malaysia on Nov. 29, for the group stages of the AFF Suzuki Cup.
Myanmar, helmed by former Singapore coach Raddy Avramovic, is the country's strongest rival at this point, having jumped six spots to no. 137 in the World Ranking.
