An alien-like sea creature with multiple tentacles that was discovered by a Singapore fisherman in Sentosa, has been identified as a basket star, the International Business Times (IBT) reports.
54-year-old Ong Han Boon had been hoping to catch something to eat while sipping on his favourite beer, when he noticed a pull on his line.
He said to Mirror Online, "I've had quite a few odd things come out of the ocean but I have never seen anything like this before in my life. It had all these arms waving around... I thought it looked like an alien or some kind of mutant."
