Far East Hospitality Trust announced yesterday that it's taking a 30 percent stake in the $443.8 million hotel project being developed by parent company Far East Organization.
The Singapore-based property group had won a tender in March for the 484,400 sq. ft. land parcel at Artillery Avenue, housing a cluster of conserved buildings.
The company said the development will hold two new hotels: the Outpost Hotel Sentosa and the Village Hotel Sentosa, which will have 850 guest rooms altogether. The hotel project is set to complete in 2018.
