Fiji Water and local business Kerbside Gourmet are working together to bring Los Angeles food truck sensation The Lime Truck to Singapore.
And of course Lime Truck owner and celebrity chef Daniel Shemtob is coming along for the ride.
From Aug. 15 — 16, The Lime Truck will be parked at Orchard Central, serving Chef Shemtob's signature dishes such as braised pork belly taco with tomatillo pico de gallo and sriracha, fresh fish ceviche tostada, and blue crab and jimaca taco. Dishes will be served with a 330ml bottle of Fiji Water, doh.
All proceeds will go towards the Willing Hearts Foundation, which organises soup kitchens for the underprivileged in Singapore.
