!['Auntie Cineleisure' passed away this morning]()
Many of you have seen her, a frail looking aunty on a foldable chair selling packets of tissue, instant Milo, noodles and other basic necessities. Some of you might even have bought something from her and wanted to give her a little bit extra, but got politely turned down.
Cineleisure Auntie, known only as Zheng Po Po, has passed away, according to local social non-profit group Project Awareness.
She had been suffering from several health problems when she was warded at the Singapore General Hospital (SGH)— she died there in the wee hours of June 11.

We're not sure how Madam Zheng had come to be admitted to SGH, but a separate post by Project Awareness founder Elson Soh and Ms. Koh, a friend of the organisation, reveals she had been unwell for awhile, throwing up on the street at Orchard while selling her wares.
