43-year-old Delson Moo Hiang Kng was fined $8,000 today (June 5) for hacking the Istana website, says TODAY.
He'd admitted to launching a cross-site scripting attack on the website's Google search function, and was charged for unauthorised access to the server.
At around the same time in November last year, the Prime Minister's Office website was also breached.
