The Honda Civic driver, whose two incidents of road rage caught on camera went viral, was charged in court yesterday. 25-year-old Quek Zhen Hao faces two counts of driving in a rash manner and one count of displaying threatening behavior to a woman driver, reports Channel NewsAsia. In the first incident that occurred on Jan. 28 along Petir Road and Dairy Farm Road, Quek is alleged to have abruptly cut into the woman driver’s path without signalling. He then abruptly applied his brakes, causing the woman to follow suit to avoid an accident — an act which Quek repeated twice more. He is further accused of having “intent to cause alarm and distress” to the woman when he got out of his car and approached her. In the second incident that took place the next afternoon along Choa Chu Kang Drive, Quek tailgated a car before similarly cutting into its path and suddenly braking hard.
