Afgan, Lyon Apprentice, Tokyo Protocol among first acts announced for Music Matters Live 2014

25 acts have been announced so far for what promises to be the biggest edition of Music Matters Live yet.  Dubbed "TED meets SXSW" by international star Jason Mraz, Music Matters Live happening from May 21 — 24 in Clarke Quay, is part of a large Asian music celebration that also includes a mega conference.  This year's festival is expected to feature more than 60 acts spanning 20 countries, including Australia, Indonesia, Ireland, Korea, the Philippines and Taiwan.  The acts that were announced yesterday, April 24, are:  Australia Ash Grunwald Dune Rats Empra Jeremy Neale Lyon Apprentice Tully on Tully France Juveniles Indonesia Afgan Endah N Rhesa Stars and Rabbit India Dualist Inquiry Ireland Buffalo Sunn Malaysia Bunkface Kyoto Protocol Mad August Philippines Quest Slapshock Portugal The Stonewolf Band Singapore The Gentle Bones Ming Bridges Trick Taiwan MC Hotdog Quarterback The13Band Check the Music Matters Live website and Facebook page for updates.
